Tina Chen is the founder and CEO of HumaniTea, a social enterprise that offers healthy tea beverages as a solution to the problem of sugary soft drinks causing obesity. She draws inspiration from both Taiwanese bubble tea concept and British tea culture, brewing wholesome and tasty vegan tea lattes that are Fairtrade and organic. She studied MBA in Sustainability and Innovation at Imperial College Business School and completed a degree in business economics at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her work experiences include senior analyst infrastructure at Accenture and technology and development internship at Northwestern Mutual. She also worked as a learning center consultant for UCLA Office of Residential Life, marketing intern for UCLA Daily Bruin, property management intern at TRG Real Estate Services, and summer associate at Preevio. Tina Chen strives to provide healthy beverage options to the public, promoting a healthier lifestyle and contributing to the prevention of obesity-related health problems.
