Currently serving as the CEO of Expat-tations, Michael leads a team focused on delivering exceptional service through a cutting-edge technology platform that enhances the expatriate experience during their transition to a new country.

Expat-tations specializes in providing document acquisition support, immigration services, and concierge services, aiming to exceed expectations and ensure client satisfaction. They are actively seeking affiliates in Costa Rica and Panama to join their mission.

Michael holds an MBA in International Business from Temple University - Fox School of Business and Management, complemented by a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Oregon. His previous roles include President at RenuHomes, LLC, Regional Head of Change Delivery at Barclays Bank, and various leadership positions at American Express.
