Alex L. Carter is an experienced and ambitious Human Resources Professional who has spent over seven years honing his skills in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition and employee relations. Most recently, he is a Human Resources Consultant at People's Health Centers Inc.

Alex possesses a wealth of knowledge and familiarity with employment laws and acts, such as Title VII, ADA, and FMLA. He has a demonstrated planning and coordinating experience with special projects and events and knows how to leverage the internet and social media for sourcing and employer branding.
