Shye Chittams is a passionate and goal-driven professional with a strong background in occupancy, marketing, resident retention, and customer service.

With experience in various organizations including CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE NETWORK, HMC HealthWorks, Fieldstone, Beacon Management, Light Stone Group, Home Properties, and PIW, Shye has honed skills in claims management, leasing, marketing, property management, and billing.

Shye pursued education at Duval High School and is dedicated to helping individuals and families find their ideal homes, ensuring a sense of belonging and comfort for everyone.

As an Occupancy Specialist and certified LISTENER, Shye takes pride in assisting others in finding a place they can truly call home and love coming back to.
