Ruchi Shah is an accomplished e-business specialist with over 13 years of experience in scaling ecommerce and classifieds businesses. She has worked across functions, across countries, with big and small teams, and with diverse groups of people. Ruchi has led multiple functions in two of the biggest companies in South East Asia, OLX and Lazada, during their hyper-growth phases. She studied A-Levels at Anderson Junior College, Executive Education at Columbia University - Columbia Business School, and Bachelor of Science and Minor in Technopreneurship at National University of Singapore.

Ruchi has a wealth of experience and knowledge, having served in various executive leadership roles. She is the former Global Director of Customer Success - OLX Markets at OLX Group and has also co-founded Petpad, a tech-enabled pet care services provider. Before this, she served as the Director of Commercial and Customer Success - OLX Europe, Director of Go-to-Market - Verticals, and Head of Growth at OLX Group. Ruchi has also been the Managing Director for Category Management and Operations at Lazada, where she oversaw massive business transformations.

Aside from her corporate experience, Ruchi is also a former Co-Founder of MyFitnessWallet, a startup aimed at facilitating physical fitness on a budget. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Subject Matter Expert at Barclays Capital and interned as a Market Research Intern at Mahindra & Mahindra.
