Alice Morrone is a digital pioneer who has been designing website information architecture and planning online communication campaigns since the late 1990s. She has worked in the fields of mobile content, television programming integration, and web usability, and taught courses in web marketing and communication. Morrone currently works in e-commerce and digital communication with an omnichannel approach, with a focus on maximizing the user experience and growth hacking, while supporting open innovation and start-up collaboration. In January 2018, she founded Digital Masterminds, an exclusive community of Head of E-commerce and Head of Digital professionals.

Morrone holds a Laurea di Primo Livello in Communication Sciences and Technologies from the Free University of Languages and Communication IULM. She also studied Mobile & App UX at UX boutique, Adwords specialist avanzato and Adwords Specialist at HTML.It, and SEO Specialist at Studio Cappello, among other programs. She has held management positions in e-commerce, digital marketing and innovation, and project management with companies such as Leroy Merlin, Thun spa, and Vodafone IT. Morrone also taught at the Digital Combat Academy, Pambianco Academy, and for FSE training institutions.
