OFFr is a company that promotes relationships and productivity. We have designed a platform that enables one person to incentivize another person to be attentive, and not use their smartphone. By earning points and rewards, people will be more productive and more involved in what is going on around them.

OFFr@Work has created a unique solution for employers looking for new ways to increase productivity. OFFr allows employers to incentivize employees not to use their smartphone at work. By giving out points, we help companies build a healthy culture around smartphone use.

During my time at OFFr, I, along with the founding team, have taken the company from an idea to a working product. This included:
-  Raising initial private equity funding.
-  Managing the design and development of the OFFr@Work mobile app, online portal and backend systems.
-  Building a thorough "go to market" strategy to ensure successful launch of the product.
-  Conducting a controlled beta test with 5 major NYC companies in carrying industries.
-  Selling OFFr@Work to our first customers and building a system where we can maintain a healthy customer-business relationship.

UofMed is a company that hopes to revolutionize medical education. The company has set out to develop high quality, digital learning materials, to assist in undergraduate medical education.

During my time at UofMed, I reported directly to the CEO and my responsibilities included:
-  Identifying contacts at all North American medical schools that could become relevant partner schools.
-  Reaching out to, and recruiting, founding partner schools to help develop the digital learning content.
-  Responsible for all communication between the company and medical schools around North America.
-  Creating and maintaining a database of all partner schools, and potential partner schools, for the company's founder.

UofMed

I served in the Golani Infantry Brigade's 13th Battalion. After completing commanders course, I continued to be a squad commander, responsible for 10 soldiers, for a period of 9 months. Once I completed my time as a squad commander, I moved up to be a platoon sergeant, commanding a group of 30 soldiers over a 9 month period.
