Annie Luu is a seasoned professional with a varied background that includes engineering, business commercialization, and coaching startup roles. Her early career included working on several high-profile and complex projects, such as building the HQ for Australian Federal Police, ANZ Bank in Melbourne, and classified projects for the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Annie is a technical engineering expert who understands the importance of human and business processes, and how behaviors and motivations can make or break a culture, team or company.

With her systems-thinking approach, Annie is able to reverse-engineer any goal into key time-based milestones, making her a valuable asset to organizations and governments. After working directly with over 10,000 people, she developed first-hand experience and knowledge of the different decision-making processes and motivations of leaders of organizations and all levels of government. Currently serving as the Global VP of Strategic Partnerships at Fingerprint for Success (F4S), Annie seeks to supercharge individuals, teams, and companies to optimize their unique talent and purpose, helping them achieve their big goals.

Annie has studied mechanical and civil engineering, psychology, and soil mechanics. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a master's degree in Sustainable Energy from RMIT University.
