Dave Frampton is a highly accomplished business executive and engineer, currently serving as the Vice President of Security Solutions at Sumo Logic. He is a Stanford University graduate, having earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, as well as two Master of Science degrees, one in Electrical Engineering and the other in Engineering/Industrial Management. With over three decades of experience in the tech industry, Dave has held numerous leadership positions at renowned companies such as Cisco Systems and Riverwood Capital, where he served as an Executive Advisor. He has also founded his own company, FactorChain, and advised other start-ups at Momentum Cyber.

In his previous role at Cisco Systems, Dave held a series of high-ranking positions and helped guide the company to success in various business units such as LAN Switching, Application Delivery, and Secure Access & Mobility. He was also the VP of Marketing for the Access Routing Technology Group, responsible for leading multiple product lines through go-to-market and market expansion initiatives.

Dave Frampton has also been an active board member and Executive Director for the Live Learn Innovate Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to boosting entrepreneurship in emerging markets through partnerships with schools, governments, and businesses.
