Ryan Georgiades, a graduate of Keele University, has made impressive strides in the business world. After acquiring extensive knowledge of business structures and management processes while working in sales, he went on to became the Managing Director of his family business, The Plan Group Ltd. Under his leadership, the company successfully transitioned from personal lines products to niche markets, transforming Plan into a leading brand for commercial motorists in the UK. This resulted in premium turnover growth from £200K in 2001 to £30mil in 2019. Currently, Georgiades serves as TPG Chair and Managing Director of the lifestyle and leisure division that includes two brands - the start-up Yellow Jersey and the recently acquired Pedal Cover brand.
