Associate Consultant

Provided essential support across all divisions and levels - including Contractors and Clients (external) as well as Recruiters, Account Executives, and Directors (internal). Supported IT, Engineering, and Accounting Divisions. Involved in the development and maintenance of documentation/data. Prepared new hire paperwork and healthcare information. On-boarded new hires. Worked to maintain a good reputation for the company. Created successful and efficient new hire processes and kept them up-to-date and running smoothly. Worked with confidential information both client and contractor. This included healthcare information, all of which required strong attention to detail. Key team member in the company thanks to my strong skills in the areas of communication, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organization.

Relationship Manager

Scheduled and confirmed candidate on-boarding to help new hires complete all necessary paperwork and ensure all approvals and requirements were met to bring them on to contractor status. In charge of maintaining job boards, new job orders, job descriptions and the recruitment database. Worked with recruiters, managers, and account executives to help identify sources of potential employment candidates. Attended client meetings (in-person & over the phone) to gather requirements for job orders and then develop job descriptions based on those requirements. Involved in client management; followed-up with clients on their needs, candidate statuses, and contractor statuses. Performed other related duties as assigned or required in regards to special projects and support duties.

Division Coordinator  -  IT

Conducted research that helped to identify sources of potential employment candidates. Utilizing a number of methods such as building relationships with professional associations, employment agencies, and making use of web sites that allow individuals to post professional resumes online. Identify talented individuals who may be a good fit for both the positions open within the company structure as well as the culture of the business. Helping new hires go through our on boarding process by walking them through the new hire paperwork and making sure that background checks and drugs screens are performed.
