- I perform biweekly due diligence on startups across different verticals, and create reports analyzing the company’s management , go-to-market strategy, market size, product, unit economics, and other industry relevant performance metrics.

souKare is Healthcare Tech startup based in Dubai whose primary goal is to leverage technology to provide fast, convenient and hassle-free healthcare offerings to its customers. Initially launched as an online contact lens store in the UAE, offering real-time delivery of contact lenses to customers' door steps, souKare has recently expanded into fitness products, and aims to diversify rapidly. We aim to become a leading Healthcare Tech player in the region, and beyond.

Some of the responsibilities I took on were to-
- Prepare and interpret monthly financial statements, inventory reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- File and calculate daily payments to support cash flow management.
- Boost inventory management, CRM, and accounting process by migrating them to computer database systems.
- Optimize landing pages, website, and page content.
- Help orchestrate multiple digital marketing campaigns to penetrate new consumer markets, and run comprehensive analysis to streamline efficient channels.
