His hands-on experience in mission-driven health and human services focused initiatives has helped him deliver results in challenging situations. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Public Administration (MPA), Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Suffolk University. He also has a diverse educational background with various certifications, including Philanthropy & Fundraising from Tufts University and Professional Fundraising from Boston University.
Throughout his career, Steven has held various leadership positions, such as Director of the Consumer Services Unit, Division of Insurance at Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Director of Health Access and Wellness Services at Boston Public Health Commission, and Chief Marketing Officer at The Guild for Human Services. Currently, he serves as the Duals Program (Senior Care Options and One Care) Contract Manager at Commonwealth Care Alliance.
