James R. LeMire is a versatile and accomplished professional with a diverse educational and occupational background. He studied General Studies at the University of Maryland in South Korea and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia before earning a Professional Certificate in Sales/Marketing & Business Administration with a 3.97 GPA at Chaffey College. He later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.

LeMire's career includes extensive experience as a Business Development Sales Engineer, having held this role at AMERICAN Cast Iron Pipe Company. He also previously worked as a Business Development Manager at Aerial Precast Concrete and as an Account Executive at American Textile Maintenance. Besides, LeMire co-founded KellyMichael/Poochtee Design Company and served as an Electrical Engineer Co-op at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Veteran Administration. Before starting his professional career, LeMire was a Signal Support System Specialist at the US Army, where he served as a Unit Commander.
