Rachel Morrison

Rachel Morrison is a highly accomplished marketing professional with a diverse background in leadership, testing and consulting on new products and solutions, and managing marketing efforts for new and existing markets. A proud alumna of DePaul University, Morrison has worked extensively in the insurance industry and has developed skills in competitive intelligence analysis, claims service leadership, and strategy development. In addition, Morrison has experience in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and yoga instructor.

Morrison's professional journey started with an internship at Chicago Chocolate Tours and then moved on to marketing roles at PWR New Media and hawkeye, where she worked as an Event Promotions Assistant. She also served as a Proctor and Teaching Assistant at DePaul University while earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Advertising. Morrison later transitioned to the insurance industry at Allstate, where she worked in various senior-level roles, including Test and Learn Consultant, Competitive Intelligence Analyst, and Claims Service Leader.

Most recently, Morrison served as a Marketing Manager at Avail, where she achieved notable success in testing new products and solutions, developing and implementing market strategies, and leading and developing teams. In addition to her full-time role, Morrison continues to share her love of fitness as a fitness instructor at Zen Yoga Garage.
