Gabino Mejia is an accomplished executive with a wealth of experience in the energy and human resources sectors. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from both the Asian Institute of Management and Schulich School of Business at York University. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Literature from San Beda College.

Before joining AC Energy as the Executive Director and Head of Plant Operations, Gabino occupied several leadership positions in the Ayala Corporation, including Executive Director and President of One Subic Power Generation Corporation, President and CEO of NorthWind and North Luzon Renewables, Executive Vice President of GNPower Kauswagan Ltd. Co., and President of South Luzon Thermal Energy Corporation.

Gabino's experience in human resources comes from his various roles in Ayala Corporation, where he worked in performance management, organization and HR technology, services and standards division, iAyala Company, and finally, as an HRM Supervisor and HR Assistant.
