Effie Panagopoulos

Effie Panagopoulos is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with over 10 years of experience working primarily with spirits, beer, and wine brands. She has expanded her knowledge to an umbrella consultancy for European and artisanal brands looking to enter the US market. Her expertise lies in providing importation/distribution solutions, tactical launch strategies, sales, marketing, and trade and consumer PR initiatives.

Effie studied French, Spanish, and Italian at Boston College and received her high school diploma in classics from Boston Latin School. Her extensive background includes working as US Marketing Manager for DISARONNO/Tia Maria at ILLVA Saronno Holding SpA and as a National Brand Ambassador for METAXA Greek Liqueur at REMY COINTREAU. Notably, Effie launched KLEOS Mastiha Spirit in winter 2018, which has since become a well-known cocktail ingredient.

In addition to her professional achievements, Effie has also been involved in various organizations such as being a founder/CEO of KLEOS Mastiha Spirit and a consultant for Spirits Sales and Marketing at KLEOS Spirits LLC.
