Kim Murashov is a dynamic professional with an extensive background in marketing, public relations, production, and business finances. Possessing a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Marketing from the Высшая Школа Экономики and completing a leadership program at the University of Winchester, she is a seasoned leader in the industry.

She began her career journey as an HR intern at Rosatom Global, quickly advancing the ranks to become a production manager at BASH!Today, and later an SMM head at KIPS. Kim then became a marketing specialist at Agency Trajectory of the Future before taking the role of senior public relations manager at Prhub Moscow.

Currently, as the CMO and co-founder of LoyaltyLab, she has found her calling in unlocking the full potential of customer data and using it to personalize clients' experiences. Her skills, experience, and passion have enabled her to create emotional connections with customers that strengthen brand loyalty.
