Jeff Quigley, a tech journalist turned investor, has deep experience in the Asian startup ecosystem. He is currently the EVP of Business Development & Communications at Telcoin, working on bringing high-speed, low-cost Telcoin Remittances to telecom and mobile money partners worldwide. Quigley has a bachelor's degree in Communication from La Salle University.

Prior to joining Telcoin, he held various positions, including VP, Business Development, Director, Business Development, and Advisor at Telcoin; Partner at Red Door Ventures; SEA Regional Manager at Fenox Venture Capital; Program Director at GnB Accelerator; and Contributor at ACCJ Journal at Custom Media KK. He was also Regional CEO and Chief Editor (Japan & Korea) at Tech in Asia, Associate Editor at The Diplomat, and Freelance Reporter at The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Before starting his career in the startup ecosystem, Quigley worked as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) at the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) (JET) and as Curriculum Developer and Media Manager at Riso Kyoiku Co. Ltd.
