He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and an MBA in Marketing, Strategic Management, and Consumer Behavior from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

Ram's professional experience includes leadership roles such as Vice President of Store Operations and Operations Engineering at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where he led initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, business analytics, and continuous improvement. He also served in senior director positions at GameStop, where he oversaw store operations, clients' management, workforce management and process improvement, among others. Prior to his tenure at GameStop, he worked at The Home Depot as Store Manager, Regional Manager, and Sr. Manager of Store Operations.
