Jon Russo

Jon Russo is a corporate attorney with a diverse legal skillset, specializing in corporate governance, public company reporting, securities law, and capital markets transactions. With a robust background in business, he has held key roles in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and strategic investments. Jon pursued his JD at the University of San Diego School of Law and completed his BA in Economics and Philosophy at UC San Diego. He has served as Senior Director and Legal Counsel at Qualcomm, bringing valuable expertise to the company.
