She possesses an in-depth understanding of best practices and initiatives for the health and fitness market and has worked with notable organizations such as TRX Training and TriggerPoint Performance Therapy.

Brynne's impressive career journey includes working as a course instructor at Utopia Massage Therapy, a human kinetics instructor at Langara College, and a Kinesiology & Physical Education Instructor at the University of the Fraser Valley. She also worked as an educator at Twist Sport Conditioning, a senior director of training at TRX Training, and as the director of education at TriggerPoint Performance Therapy.
