Sara Dimmick is a highly experienced personal trainer, coach, and instructor with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Having studied under a dance performance scholarship at Florida State University, Sara combines her knowledge of kinesiology, nutrition, and injury prevention to help train her clients effectively. She specializes in one-on-one personal training, including home/office, Central Perk, and Hamptons. She is also a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach with an extensive background in Pilates, Gyrotonics, and Yoga. Sara holds various certifications, including the National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist (AAHFRP), and specializations in postural analysis and correction, pre/post-natal fitness, group training, nutritional guided program design, and Thai bodywork. In 2003, she created Physical Equilibrium, which aims to lead individuals to their fitness goals by challenging them in a healthy and balanced way. She has trained clients in different settings, from large commercial health clubs to personal spaces or Central Park.
