Matt Pyatt is the CEO of Arrive Logistics, a fast-growing 3PL that specializes in forming unique solutions and genuine relationships with shippers and carriers. Pyatt's entrepreneurial background and data-driven approach helped the company evolve from a startup to a successful brokerage with over 1,000 employees in three different offices while earning recognition as one of the best places to work. Pyatt co-founded Arrive in 2014 with Eric Dunigan, who now serves as the company's president. Pyatt is responsible for the financial health, strategic vision, and culture of Arrive, in addition to building a scalable team of leaders. He holds a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Miami University and was co-nominated as a finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the last two years.
