Matt Cooper is an accomplished information security governance, risk, compliance (GRC), and data privacy expert with vast consulting experience in various industries. Boasting an impressive set of certifications including CISSP, CISA, and CPP, Matt is proficient in IT risk assessment, ISO 27001 assessment and audit preparation, SOC 2 assessment and audit preparation, PCI ASV program management, general data protection regulation (GDPR) compliance, California consumer privacy act (CCPA) compliance, and security and privacy program assessment and development. Matt graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious studies and Greek.
