George Novak, a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of experience in various fields such as government relations, transportation, aviation, legal, and management consulting. He specializes in drafting laws and regulations, risk modeling, international law, the privatization of infrastructure assets, aviation safety, and security policy and regulations, among other things. Novak has managed projects across 60 countries, and he has worked with senior government officials across more than 100 countries.

He has worked with various departments in the U.S. government, including the FAA, USTDA, USAID, and the Departments of Transportation, State, and Homeland Security. Novak is a member of several advisory and rulemaking committees for the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

His educational background includes an AS in Computer Science from California University of Pennsylvania, a JD, focusing on international law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Washington & Jefferson College.
