Associate Producer

Perform reporting and editorial assignments related to the gathering, writing, andpresentation of program material for radio, television or digital media. With appropriate direction from one or more Producers, participates in the production, direction and/or postproduction of a program and/or program segment. Marketing Coordinator

The Solar City Project is a program that offers Residential owners in the HRM the opportunity to participate in a turn key adaptation of thermal solar energy collectors to heat their domestic water. The program focuses on three economic lenses; residents, industry and municipality. The key concept of the pilot is the turn key contracting and financing, with the goal being to achieve economies of scale and quality assurance.Organized meetings by coordinating schedules, monitoring changes, communicating information   to appropriate staff and ensuring that relevant background materials are available.  Acted as a liaison with governmental representatives, partner agencies, advisory groups and   internal departments.  Coordinated the implementation of the Solar City Programme in the Halifax Nova Scotia region,    through a number of strategic partnerships.  Developed project proposals, marketing and fundraising, particularly related to the objectives and    targets of the Solar City Programme.  Regular and timely reporting (internal and external) on ensuing project activities, as well as the   management, accounting and audits of related budgets as appropriate.
