Christian Swaim

Christian Swaim is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background in Public Administration and Political Science.

He holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas, and has also studied at Hendrix College.

Christian has a wealth of experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in his role as Assistant Scout Executive at the Westark Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

Prior to his current position, he held various roles at the Quapaw Area Council, including Field Director, Senior District Executive, District Executive, and Exploring Executive.

With his academic background and extensive experience in the Boy Scouts organization, Christian Swaim combines theoretical knowledge with practical expertise in leadership and organizational management.
