Naomi Pusch is an accomplished instructional designer with a passion for creating effective training programs. With a bachelor's degree in International Studies and Spanish from Cedarville University and a master's degree in International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, Naomi brings a unique perspective to her work. Her experience includes working for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, JPW Consulting, and the Center for Social Innovation, where she collaborated with teams to develop training programs that met the client's needs. Naomi has also held training and documentation management positions at HP and the State of Wisconsin. Her background in international studies and development has given her a strong understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity and interpersonal communication in the workplace.
