Alper Aksac
Alper Aksac is a highly educated professional with a rich background in computer science, machine learning, data mining, computer vision, and medical image analysis. He has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), an Master of Science (MSc), and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering from The University of Calgary and TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi.
Aksac has worked with various organizations ranging from software engineering to machine learning as a Data Scientist with Canscan Inc. to a Software Engineer at Ventura Yazilim. He is currently a Software Engineer - Data at BenchSci, where he utilizes his skills in machine learning, data mining and computer vision to help scientists accelerate and optimize experiments. He also worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary and TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi.
Aksac is an experienced researcher and has co-founded Rakun Software R&D, a research and development firm focusing on machine learning, computer vision, and data mining. He is also interested in the application of technology in medicine, specifically in medical image analysis.
