Manoj Singhal is a seasoned operations leader with over 8 years of experience at consumer goods giant Unilever. He specializes in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Capacity Planning, Innovations Management, Quality Management, Manufacturing Operations, Cost Optimization, Project Management, and Business Transformation. With his strong leadership skills, he has led teams of over 400 employees in the past, and played a crucial role in the revival of ailing operations impacted by troubled Industrial Relations.

Manoj holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Bangalore. At Unilever, he has held various leadership positions, including Senior Global Procurement Manager - Capital Equipments, Innovations and Technology Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Business Leadership Trainee.
