Jovin Tan is a remarkable talent who has made his mark in the world of sports and administration. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at ChapmanCG in Singapore, Jovin has a wealth of experience in facilitating HR searches, coordinating interviews for candidates and clients, and other administrative duties. Jovin's work experience spans across a hospital call centre, where he honed his customer service skills, and as a recruitment consultant placing junior positions.

Jovin is best known for representing Singapore in the disabled sailing community since 2002, and he has taken part in four Paralympic events, Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, London 2012, and Rio 2016. He was awarded his Para Sailing Coaching Certificate in 2016, and is now a certified Sailing Coach. Jovin is the first person with a disability to acquire a Powered Pleasure Craft Driving Licence (PPCDL) in Singapore, a testament to his abilities and determination.
