Sandra Noemi Torres is a talented marketer, coach, and podcast host who is passionate about mental health and helping others find meaning after loss and trauma. She became hooked on marketing after becoming a Store Sales Manager, then rose to running a $60 million annual marketing budget. Unfortunately, she suffered devastating losses when her brother died of drug overdose followed by her mother's Alzheimer's diagnosis. Despite trying to fill the emptiness with personal development and studying greats, she fell into deep depression and her world fell apart. However, Sandra never gave up and learned how to redefine herself and build something meaningful from her past through her strengths, particularly her passion for serving others, sharing her mother's kindness and building relationships. Her purpose led her to work as a marketing strategist at PlanYourCompany.com, founder of the organization United Latinas, where she helps empower women, and as a former SaaS sales manager, personal fitness trainer, and director of marketing.
