As a project manager at Eastern Research Services, I gained valuable experience in the market research field. I worked with my clients to develop phone surveys.  I also worked with our programmers to ensure the proper functionality of the surveys for our call center agents, and I worked with our call center managers to provide the necessary training for our agents for each survey. I had constant communication with my clients to update them on results and worked with them to make any necessary adjustments.
