David Goggins is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of international experience in sales, marketing, and strategy. He holds a Technical and Commercial education and has studied Engineering diploma at Politecnico di Torino, and completed his BSc European Business Studies, and International Marketing at the University of Brighton. Goggins has a wealth of experience in luxury, volume, and commercial vehicles, working with various blue-chip brands such as Volkswagen, Land Rover, Bentley, Audi, BMW, and MINI. His career has spanned across Europe, US, and Asia, where he built, developed, and led large multi-national teams across international regions. He has both strategic and operational experience in sales, retail, marketing, product and brand strategy, new market development, and communications.

Goggins held positions including Vice President at IHS Markit Ltd, Senior Group Director and General Manager at Mobility Asia, Volkswagen Group China, Managing Director at Volkswagen Hong Kong Ltd, Managing Director Volkswagen Group Indonesia at Volkswagen Group China, Global Director of Product Communications at Bentley Motors Ltd, and VP Marketing & Product Strategy at Volkswagen of America. He was also General Manager Marketing LRUK at Land Rover, VP Marketing & Strategy at FAW-VW, and Vice-President China North NSC at FAW-Volkswagen. Goggins has also taken a gardening leave/sabbatical at Self-employed.
