- Worked with a team of three others to collect transportation behavoir data of University of Oregon students to assist the City of Eugene Transportation Department in future planning and policy decisions
-   Used student surveys, parking utilization case studies, and Geographic Information Systems analysis to collect and present data
-  Presented our final deliverable to the City of Eugene Transportation Department along with other city officials, providing data, analysis, and future outreach and policy recommendations for the city

- Worked with a diverse team of five others to revamp The Roosevelt Institute's West Region, focusing on new chapter creation and actionable policy implementation
-  Oversaw the West Region's internal and external communication strategy and managed its media presence to highlight policy creation and build relationships with local media outlets
-  Used the Objective and Key Results (OKR) strategy to set realistic yet challenging goals when formulating the year-long strategys and goals
-  Created graphics and fliers to chapter events designed to draw more students and faculty to attend
-  Worked with intra-state chapters to drive cross-chapter collaboration and assistance - focusing on recruiting chapter heads as well as driving overall volunteer recruitment numbers
-   In the Summer of 2015, was tasked with creating a Roosevelt Institute Storybook, designed to highlight the mission and previous work of the institute during a brand transition
-   Selected for The Roosevelt Institute's Ten Ideas for Energy and Environment policy journal for a brief titled "Bioswale Implementation: Reducing Total Pollution Output into the Willamette River"

- Coordinated grassroots efforts to build momentum around passing a cap-and-dividend bill through the Oregon State Legislature in 2014
-  Met with several Oregon legislatures to garner support for the bill and add their name as an official co-sponsor
-  Collaborated with a team of interns across the state of Oregon to develop a summer-long plan designed to build awareness, grow our volunteer base, and produce organization deliverables
-  Gained the support of several established companies in the Eugene, Oregon area to spread our mission and sponsor our cause
-  Spoke with the director of the Oregon State Republican Party to try and gain their support for the bill, approaching her with policy outcomes and economic possibilities of a cap-and-dividend system

- Began as an assistant maintenance technician, working with the head technician to maintain the Rec Center's interior and its fitness accessories
-  Transitioned into a weight room supervisor role, overseeing the two weight rooms. Duties included rule enforcement, assisting people with heavy lifts, as well as cleaning and maintaining the weight room's accessories
-  Worked as an equipment manager, welcoming guests into the Rec Center, helping them with any questions they might have as well as checking equipment in and out to patrons
-  Promoted to role of Operations Supervisor, overseeing the responsibilities of the weight room supervisors and equipment managers during my shifts, as well as working with upper level management to discuss possible ways to improve overall operations
-   Throughout my three years at the Rec Center, I also held the role of Rental Supervisor. This meant setting up and supervising any events that outside parties were hosting as they rented out Rec Center spaces.
