I managed the Claims Department.  IUMG was responsible for processing Indiana Medicaid business.  I was responsible for managing and coordinating daily claims processing and data entry personnel determining work procedures and expedited workflows. I  also played a key role in their implementation of QNXT 3.4.  IUMG was required to follow Medicare guidelines and I was responsible for seeing that was done and maintained.
