Ray Ignacio

Ray Ignacio is an accomplished business and IT consultant with over 30 years of experience. He has held executive positions at top consulting firms such as Deloitte Consulting, PwC, and IBM. As a Principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP, Ray is the US and Global Oracle Managed Services leader, focusing on Oracle Enterprise software, business transformations, and application management services, particularly in the Consumer industry.

Before joining Deloitte, Ray established his own consulting company, RTI Consulting LLC, where he catered to clients in the areas of large-scale systems integrations, application outsourcing, and business process transformations. He also served as the Vice President at IBM, where he led a practice that included both sales and global delivery of outsourced application management services for the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, and Utilities industries. Ray's extensive experience also includes leading PwC/IBM Communications sector’s Oracle practice from 2001 to 2006.
