-  SF Succession Planning Certified consultant: 4 projects: workstream lead on SP & CDP. Customers: companies in the chemicals (implementation, Israel), energy (implementation, UK), design furniture (implementation, DACH region), and healthcare (support & enhancements, BeNeLux region) industries.
-  SF Employee Central: 2 projects, as team member, focused on all role-based permissions (RBP, authorizations) for this workstream. Customers: multinational companies in the energy (UK) and healthcare (BeNeLux region) industries.

My interactions have included team members from China, Finland, Germany, India, Israel, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK and the US. The focus is on getting things done in the most effective and friendly way possible.

Additional contributions:
-  Energy, Sweden-based company: Succession Planning demo session.
-  Chemicals, worldwide company with Israeli HQ: supported parts of the iterations for Goals, Performance Management, and preparing the Onboarding test script.
-  Automotive worldwide company, UK location: configuration of Talent Profile and supporting the lead consultant on Succession-related topics, as per the client requirements prior to two critical playback workshops.
-  Tobacco, worldwide customer: review of Succession-related Global Template documentation.
-  Supporting the worldwide IBM SuccessFactors Practice through assets creation. As of Dec 2017, SP & CDP subject matter expert.

Psychological assessment, interpreting results, promoting mental health, psychological counselling on work and organizational matters (with recommendations to colleagues in the clinical and therapeutic areas when necessary), reports drafting, office management. I worked along with medical staff, clients, suppliers, candidates, future and current employees, people ages 17 to 75, coming from different backgrounds, interests, structure and occupations.

My main achievements are having created a bridge of communication with everyone, a climate of trust and the feeling that things are done as they should be, with professionalism and dedication.
