Joanna June has a passion for video production that stems from her childhood dream of being one of the magical people behind the scenes of a production. She pursued a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Production at the University of Florida and later obtained her Masters in Information Technology from Florida State University with a focus on audio/visual archiving and digital knowledge management. Joanna's quirky style, dogged work ethic, and exceptional organizational skills have earned her a reputation as a versatile and skilled Production Manager and Video Producer-Editor. She has worked for various production companies as a freelance editor, and for Nickelodeon as a Quality Assurance Coordinator. Prior to that, Joanna was a Supervising Librarian and Supervisor of Computer Systems User Support at Florida State University.

In addition to Joanna's expertise in video production, she has contributed to the Hack Library School blog as a Community Manager and founded Being Unbound, where she sharpened her storytelling skills. With her passion for working in television, Joanna is always open to new adventures, beautiful vistas, excellent meals, and of course, a great gig in TV.
