Allison Parris is a talented creative director and serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in the apparel/fashion and housewares industries. She has a keen eye for design and is well-versed in all aspects of production, from design and manufacturing to wholesale and retail sales. Allison has worked with major department stores and boutiques across the globe, including Neiman Marcus, Harvey Nichols, Anthropologie, and Rent the Runway, among others. Her work has also been featured in esteemed publications like Vogue, Vanity Fair, WWD, Vibe, and Women's Health.

Allison studied Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she earned her BFA and Leather Certificate. She has worked in various design positions, including Junior Knitwear Designer at By Design, and design room positions at Catherine Malandrino and Cynthia Rowley. Allison has also launched several successful startups, such as Sherpa Sheets and BurnerApparel.com.
