- Spent 7 weeks in Seattle, WA as a GOTV Regional Field Director for the Washington Alliance for Gun Responsibility as loaned staff from Everytown for Gun Safety.
-  Oversaw the volunteer field operation for North Seattle, managing field staff and field organizer development, which turned out over 1,100 volunteers and won over 19,400 pledges to vote for I-594.
-  Managed and trained a lean staff of 3 full-time field organizers, 4 deputy field organizers, and several interns.
-  Increased my assigned team's weekly volunteer turnout by 287% after two weeks of management and training.

- Ran a GOTV program coordinating over 400 volunteer shifts in 4 rural counties over the course of 4 days that included volunteer- led and operated phone banks, lit drops, and door-to-door canvassing.
-  Located zero-cost staging locations in 6 different counties for volunteer actions throughout the campaign, including an in-kinded official campaign office in Oil City; staffed and managed two official campaign offices with unpaid volunteers, and held two official office grand openings with over 135 attendees.
-  Recruited, trained, and managed 6 campaign fellows, and procured supporter housing for 3.
-  Trained and recruited volunteers on use of votebuilder and volunteer management so that volunteer-led events could complete all data entry, and operate exclusively without the need for staff oversight.
