Daniel Huerta, a bilingual municipal executive with years of experience in facility management, recreation administration, programs and service development and evaluation, park maintenance, venue management and operations, marketing and public engagement, volunteers, aquatics, and contract negotiation and administration. His visionary leadership skills have enabled him to effectively communicate his high standards of expectations for performance and accountability, establishing, growing, and managing high-performance teams at all levels of the organization.

Huerta studied Bachelor of Arts, Sociology at Texas Tech University and went on to attain a Bachelor of Arts, Recreation Administration at Texas Woman's University. He retired as Self-Employed, but prior to that, he held notable positions such as Assistant Director- Fair Park and Community Services, Assistant Director, Dallas Park & Recreation Department, Interim Director Convention & Event Services, and more at the City of Dallas, showcasing his vast experience.
