Spearheaded a pilot sales program for Cascade Engine Center with positive end results. In an effort to fulfill my dream of working abroad and solidifying my skills as a Spanish speaker, I embarked on a self-funded, solo journey to Spain as a Government Appointed English Assistant. The Language and Culture Assistants program allows English-speaking citizens from the United States to teach their native language to students in the Public Schools System in Spain. Candidates are awarded a grant from the government and are provided with a Work Visa to stay in the country. The program lasts the duration of one school year. •	Developed a yearlong curriculum for 90 students in the fourth grade to ensure their success taking the Trinity College London English Language Examination. o	Passing the exam is necessary for continuing on into English-speaking high schools. •	Conducted classes to teach and review the grammar skills covered in the Trinity exam. •	Worked with each student individually to create a personalized presentation for the exam to demonstrate his or her command of the grammar skills being tested. •	Worked with third grade students in focus groups practicing basic grammar skills and conversational English.
