Harman Grewal is a creative changemaker and entrepreneur with a passion for arts, culture, and innovation. He co-founded Brampton's first co-working space and startup incubator for creative entrepreneurs, and later joined ventureLAB as the Director of Innovation Space and Director of Partnership Operations, where he led the Tech Undivided project. Harman also worked with the Autonomous Vehicle Innovation Network within the Ontario Centre of Innovation to drive strategic ecosystem and industry partnerships in support of the government's skills and talent strategy.

Apart from his extensive professional experience, Harman has continued to develop his own art practice while creating opportunities for career sustainability. He has exhibited his work at community events, dropped limited edition prints, and is now focusing his time on becoming a tattoo artist at 905ink. In a voluntary capacity, he has sat on the board of the Sikh Heritage Month Foundation and is an advisory panel member for the City of Brampton's Arts, Culture and Creative Industry Development Agency (ACCIDA).

Harman graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts Specialization and a Major in Psychology. With his experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and the arts, Harman is a valuable asset to any organization that seeks to develop new business and strengthen their creative assets.
