Isabel Copé Leiton is a seasoned HR professional with a passion for talent development and growth. With extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson, initially in Pharma (Janssen) and later in cross-sector roles in Medical Devices and Consumer, she brings a wealth of knowledge and unique experiences to the table. Isabel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and has also completed ACTP Coaching Ejecutivo from Escuela Europea de Coaching.

Currently, Isabel is the Director of Career Services Department at ESAME Pharmaceutical Business School, where she guides and supports talent in their professional development.
