Ryan Merket is a seasoned entrepreneur, dedicated husband, and father based in the United States. He is widely recognized for his extensive experience in the tech industry, having developed his first website at just 12, reverse engineered his first binary at 15, and started his first internet business at 16 years old. Ryan is currently the Head of Product and Engineering at Goodfair, an eco-friendly apparel company aiming to create a generational defining brand by emphasizing a "no new things" philosophy, to combat waste and make a positive contribution to the environment.

Before joining Goodfair, Ryan served as a Partner at Firebrand Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm, where he focused on investing in passionate founders eager to make their mark in the world. Additionally, he spent time at Amazon as a Startup BD, Early Stage Team member, where he worked closely with accelerator programs and mentored countless startup founders.

Ryan has held several other notable positions throughout his career, including a Product Manager at Reddit, Inc., where he owned and managed all ad products, including desktop and mobile ads, self-serve ad flow, and the ad server. Prior to his role at Reddit, Ryan founded Appstores, which was subsequently acquired by InMobi, where he later served as the Director of Product. Before Appstores, he co-founded Ping.fm, a service that allowed users to post on multiple social networks simultaneously. Ryan began his career as a Senior Product Designer for Dotspotter, where he launched the very first implementation of Facebook Connect and various social applications for CBS Interactive properties.

Ryan received a degree in Design and a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. He is also an active member of several organizations, including CEO and co-founder at Momintous, formerly Advisor at Goodfair, and formerly an Angel Investor at Merket Family Investments.
