Office Administrator - Jan. 1998-Sept. 1999
I played an integral part in the acquisition and turnover of three commercial office buildings from Hines to Boston Properties.  Prior to the sale of the buildings, I managed nine vendor contracts for three buildings (nearly 1 million sq. ft. office space), acted as the primary contact for all tenants of three buildings, assisted the Property Manager with lease management, as well as the compilation and distribution of monthly partnership reports.

Management Assistant - Feb. 1996-Jan. 1998
I assisted the Property Manager with completion of operating budgets for two office buildings.  I prepared and reviewed bids for special projects, performed all bookkeeping functions, coordinated with several department managers to ensure smooth building operations for the client.  Additionally, I chaired the client's Safety Committee and performed emergency response training for new employees on a weekly basis.

Administrative Assistant - Mar. 1994-Feb. 1996
I assisted in opening a property management office for a client in Palo Alto.  I resolved ongoing construction issues for the tenant and landlord.  I was the primary contact for all contracted facilities maintenance services and I completed special facilities projects for the tenant.

Office Manager/Bookkeeper - June 1990-March 1994
I prepared quarterly investor reports, managed daily operations and coordinated repairs per tenants' requests.  In addition, I handled all accounts payable/receivable, and processed monthly rental payments.

Marketing Secretary - July 1989-June 1990
I coordinated marketing presentations for the VP of Marketing & Leasing, completed several mass mailings to San Francisco brokerage firms and I prepared lease proposals to be sent to prospective tenants.
