Katana is a pre-trade fixed income analytics tool that delivers unique relative value insights for the credit market. Instead of comparing one bond against a group of bonds, Katana uses cloud computing power and machine learning to compare all of the bonds in a universe to produce a list of pair ideas. This method of relative value analysis has produced a 91% success rate of spread differences reverting back to the mean for pairs with differences that are 2 standard deviations away from the mean. By aligning marketing concepts with sales, my goal is to generate awareness by constructing engaging content for a fixed income audience and moving the engagement down the sales funnel to customer advocacy.

I created CatFIX Technology because of my passion for technology, my experience in fixed income and my curiosity of engagement techniques for the business audience. I have always believed that complex topics have to be broken down in simple messages. My best teachers and mentors have always used simple analogies to explain the complex. The mission at CatFIX is to take the complex concepts in fixed income and break them down to simple workflows or messages.

Algomi ALFA is a fixed income data aggregation and market surveillance tool that brings together liquidity from all major electronic venues (Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, Neptune, Trumid, Liquidnet, GFI and BGC) and combines them into a single consolidated landscape. ALFA was designed and developed by the fixed income trading team at Alliance Bernstein. Algomi acquired the technology in 2017 and partnered with Amazon Web Services(AWS) to provide a product that could leverage the scalability of the AWS infrastructure.

-  Implemented the Algomi ALFA technology stack at tier 1 asset managers in the United States
-  Consulted with tier 1 asset managers on implementation of Amazon Web Services infrastructure for ALFA application
-  Designed workflows for ALFA integration with order management systems, optimization models and transaction cost analysis models
-  Trained execution traders, portfolio managers and project managers on ALFA application
-  Consulted to senior level management at tier 1 asset managers on market structure and execution venues
-  Reporting and managing feedback to Algomi product team

Algomi

Implementation of ALFA Aggregation Tool

Algomi is a financial technology company that builds algorithms for banks with large fixed income balance sheets that need aggregation of internal private data.  The Algomi technology allows banks to broadcast private data as trading signals out to the Honeycomb network of asset managers.
-  Responsible for managing and internally selling inside institutional tier 1 European sell side clients.
-  Responsible for managing relationships with tier 1 asset managers across Europe.
-  Responsible for selling, implementing and managing Euronext Synapse platform.
-  Designed bespoke algorithms for sell side clients that promoted opportunities for sales based on historical trade patterns.
-  Tasked with business development and ensuring profitable growth by acquiring, developing and servicing relationships.
-  Coordinated with heads of trading and sales at sell side firms to develop strategies for moving voice flow onto a digital platform.
-  Working continuously with the internal Delivery team, Legal, Technology Operations and Integration to ensure the successful delivery of the firm to the client for both Honeycomb and Synchronicity platforms.

- Designed and implemented straight thru processing systems for an inventory that averaged 500 unique CUSIP's across multiple sectors and maturities
-  Responsible for marketing, implementing and maintaining electronic trading capabilities (Bloomberg
ALLQ/BOLT, MarketAxess, Bonddesk/Tradeweb, TMC, Knight and <a href="http://Bonds.com">Bonds.com</a>)
-  Generated revenue based on book of clients that consisted of Registered Investment Advisors, Private Wealth Managers, Bank Trust Divisions and Broker Dealers
-  Prospected and qualified new relationships that were US based investment advisors, money managers, hedge funds and private wealth managers
-  Generated trade ideas that were based on fundamental and technical analysis of the fixed income market
-  Prospected institutional holders of illiquid high yield securities to match outstanding orders
-  Liaison between accounts and trading desk negotiating execution price of order or inquiry
-  Designed and implemented the Bloomberg Trade Order Management System with Bloomberg ETOMS suite
-  Provided and collaborated with Bloomberg ETOMS development team on ETOMS system capabilities
-  Developed and implemented auto execution electronic trading strategy for credit inventory
-  Liaised between technology team and credit retail trading desk to develop electronic trading strategy that would increase order flow

-  Marketed and implemented the Trade Order Management System (TOMS) to regional broker dealers and banks based in the western United States
-  Prospected, qualified and sold TOMS, AIM and FIET products

Trammell Crow

The Jayhawk Music Festival was an event to raise money for the United Way of Lawrence, Kansas. 12,000 music fans attended an all day event at Clinton Lake State park to watch Matchbox 20, Cake, Cracker, Local  H and other bands. As the director of promotions I was able to coordinate and execute a strategy that raised approximately $25,000 in revenue and goods.
