Serge De Bock is a successful project manager with extensive experience in IT integration, enterprise recovery, audit, and risk management. He has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration, and also studied Management and IT at the University of Liège. Additionally, he has a Master of Business Administration from The Robert Gordon University and has completed numerous program management courses at top universities like The George Washington and Duke University.

De Bock is PMP certified, a SCRUM Master, ITIL Foundation certified, and a LEAN practitioner. He has worked at Shell for over two decades across various global initiatives, currently holding the position of Senior Practitioner Lead and Enterprise Programme Manager. Additionally, Serge is the Founder, Owner, and Moderator of the SdB+ forum, where he shares his insights on project management and IT integration.

Known for his interpersonal skills, resilience, and sincerity, Serge leads virtual teams and delivers world-class products and services. His goal is to stay outside his comfort zone and learn about different cultures, ways of working, and approaches. He speaks fluent French, Dutch, and English, and understands basic German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
